Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, and fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidate should have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive organizational success through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Director or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Experience in marketing cybersecurity consulting services.
