Overview
We’re seeking a Technology Solutions Director to define, build, and scale solution offerings that solve complex business and compliance challenges for our clients. This leader will own the end to end solution lifecycle from market discovery and portfolio strategy to architecture, delivery governance, and customer success partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the solutions portfolio across cybersecurity/compliance, AI/ML, and blockchain identifying high value use cases, defining value propositions, and shaping repeatable offerings and accelerators.
- Lead solution architecture and design for strategic pursuits: translate business requirements into secure, scalable architectures (cloud/on-prem/hybrid), reference designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Direct pre sales solutioning: qualify opportunities, craft solution narratives, estimate scope & TCO, and present to executive stakeholders (CISOs/CTOs, VPs). Partner with Sales to improve win rates and reduce time to value.
- Govern delivery excellence: establish delivery standards, patterns, and playbooks; oversee solution health during implementation; unblock teams; ensure measurable outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Run proof of concepts (POCs) for priority opportunities, define success criteria, orchestrate resources, and convert successful POCs into production engagements.
- Enable go to market with Marketing and Sales: develop persona based collateral (decks, one-pagers, objection-handling), case studies, and content that resonate with CISOs/CTOs and regulated industries.
- Drive compliance first solution design aligned to frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and regional regulations; maintain a catalog of controls, patterns, and attestations mapped to offerings.
- Coordinate globally: collaborate with engineering partners globally.
- Build partner ecosystem: select and manage technology partners (cloud, data, security), evaluate third party components, and negotiate joint solution GTM.
- Institutionalize knowledge: create reusable artifacts (reference architectures, estimators, blueprints), lead solution reviews, and mentor architects/consultants

Qualifications
- 10 –15+ years in technology consulting, solution architecture, or product/portfolio leadership; 5+ years leading cross functional solution teams.
- Hands on depth in cybersecurity/compliance, AI/ML, and distributed systems/blockchain; strong cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Track record of pre sales solutioning, POC orchestration, and delivery governance for enterprise clients.
- Executive level communication and storytelling; able to engage CISOs/CTOs and translate complex tech into clear business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with international engineering teams.
